Hello Drawing28

This is difficult to answer because everyone reacts differently. All I can suggest is what I do, have a light breakfast, take immodium, go on my journey taking a bottle of water with me.

You haven't provided much information. If you know you have IBS-D, take the Imodium after a breakfast that consists of whole grains, ie oatmeal. Don't have animal fats (sausage, eggs, cheese). The fats will grease the system, so to say. On your trip, be sure to keep hydrated. You might want to use a panty liners for incontinence. Poise has pads of various degrees, in case of accidents. It's far easier to use than the incontinence underwear and provides peace of mind when a toilet isn't around if/when you need one. Bon voyage!
