Stomach pains: Hi everyone I've been suffering... - IBS Network
Stomach pains
Suggest you find out if there is anything causing the pains before you start taking tablets offered by the GP-has he/she suggested any tests?
And you need to tell us more about what sort of pain, when, what pills, what tests you have already had and anything else relevant before we could give you any personal experience advise.
Folkestone, Kent? I have ancestors from around that area.
Please try Senocalm (over the counter chemist etc) they have helped me a lot
Hi
I have had cramps relating to periods and the cycle for 9 years and the GP never took me seriously for 8 years. I started taking co-codamol 30mg/500mg as pain relief and they are the first tablets that relive me from pain but they are strong and make you feel super drowsy.
What part of your stomach cramps as that would help with people telling you their experiences
May be you are reacting to drinks and foods - fizzy drinks, alcohol, processed foods,
may be meat or grains. I had a food intolerance test which helped my problem and found removing all possible food allergens, without re introducing them back into my diet helped.
Alcohol is deceptive - it can create ulcers - Sure you will be able to track some foods and drinks which you might be reacting to.
