I just want to say that I have worked over x-mas and are currently dying of i.b.s. pain. I am really devastated and think it is not worth to live anymore. I tried to find a doctor over x-mas only to found them saying they will re-open on the 2nd of January.

I know I sound negative but the pain is unbearable. Have any one heard of this new drug rifaximin, although I believe it is not available in South Africa.

Isn't that an antibacterial drug? For traveller's gut infections? And sorry to hear you are having such a bad time right now. What tests have you done? And what drugs are you taking? Are you sure it is IBS?

Not what you're looking for?
