A while ago out of nowhere I could my heartbeat on my stomach. When I lay on my stomach it makes it uncomfortable. Also since yesterday, I feel full and hungary, like I haven't ate. Everytime I eat, it feels like I just ate in 2 weeks only to feel like I ate too much. How do I make all this stop?

Go to a doctor would be my first answer. If your stomach is bloated you could just be feeling you abdominal artery. Why you are bloated is a doctor's call.
Something is compressing an artery causing it to partly collapse. Just like when you take blood pressure you feel beating on your arm.
