Hi. Have you tried amytriptiline? I have coeliac disease and ibs that causes me a lot of pain, especially at night. The only way I get to sleep is using 10 - 20mg of this drug. It relaxes and calms. I don't have nausea very often but there is help for that too. Maybe worth a try? Good luck.xxx

Hi - has your ibs been diagnosed after ruling out other causes? E.g sibo can cause these symotoms as can h. Pylori and various other infections and imbalances.

I agree with shirleywhirl that amytripiline is good and it really helps me sleep.

Hi he, I've just been diagnosed with IBS after having abdominal pain and nausea for months!. Makes you feel horrid doesn't it?. I've been put on buscopan and it really makes such a difference to both these symptoms so worth a try too. Your GP can advise. Hope your better soon.

Ive had this problem for last 3 years badly. Buscopan and amitriptyline somewhat control it
