hives on my hands every 1 week

im having hives on my upper hands every 1 week its causing me itching.. it appears on my 2 hands together inn the exact same place (upper hands) and after 10 mins it disappears to come again after 1 week or less .. i used to hAVE HIVES ON MY FACE FROM 1 YEAR AGO!

i went to an allergen he told me that i may be allergic to sushi so i stopped eating it ... the hives on my face decreased but on my hands when thy show ( they are big and itchy) but only on one place ... please help! i take antihistamine from time to time ...

but i have been suffering from hives in general from about 1 year .. knowing that i didnt know what hives are before this happened to me ..
