I am lactose intolerance for about 2 years I had to take different types of supplements but it doesn't help me; it's safe to take antibiotics for lactose intolerance patients

I believe so. I am lactose intolerant. Can only handle maybe a yogurt. Have to drink Lactaid, or Almond milk. I think you can also get something over the counter for lactose intolerance..a digestive supplement.

I became lactose in my late 40s . for some reason my body stopped making the enzymes to process milk. My natural Pathic doctor put me on Inulation and Body biotics been on them now for a while I am 62 and I have been back to dairy with no problem for a lot of years now. Inulation is a powder I mix in water and the Body biotics is a capsule. Taken everyday no more lactose intolerant
