Ache in middle of shoulder blades

Does anyone suffer with ache between shoulder blades? What are your suggestions other than Volterol which im currently using - GP's are proving useless with my symptoms since i was told it is just IBS!!

Hi could be arthritis, if you have it avoid all deadly nightshade family included in which are tomatoes and potatoes. Good luck

I have the same issue and went to see s functional medicine specialist. I had a stool analysis done which showed I had a number of bad bacteria in very high numbers. I was told that in nearly 80% of cases this is actually the cause of ibs. I’m take my herbal antibiotics which I’ve been prescribed and a restricted diet. Too early to say but positive first signs.

Very interesting, what is your diet made up of? I think im going back to eating plain boring food with basic vegetables might go back to taking a strong dose of Gut Bacteria from the GUT DOCTOR very good website

I’m on the ReNew eating plan but I’m very sceptical that diet alone will help me as we have now established as fact that I have several bacterial infections. If this doesn’t work my next course if action is to have a bone scan in case it is something like osteomyelitis. I have had this for months and it isn’t IBS!!

The ReNew eating plan looks interesting i think its all down to eating right - good luck with your treatment(s) i think this is going to be a journey of lots of ups and downs
