Does anyone take this drug? I wondered what the side effects of a beginners dose of 300mg is. TIA

Yes I do ..... I had to have my original dose reduced as I had very, very sicky stomach and extreme tiredness. I just felt unwell, like flu. Since then ive been increasing it very slowly and its been settling down. Its taken 3 months so far and im not at the required dose yet. I suggest if your sensitive to it to take it slowly.

is this drug for ibs ? which type the D or the C ??

Im here because i have ibs but have been put on gabapentin for chronic back pain. Im scared to take it. I never know how a new drug will affect my stomach and its settled quite a bit with cocodamol and amitryptaline. Scared to rock the boat x

yeah ..i can totally understand the fear of trying a new drug ..i myself can't even treat my infected / inflamed anal fissure because the prescribed Antibiotics caused stomach upset and diahrrea which will aggravate the fissure again !! so it's a miserable vicious cycle 😓😳😩
