Hi I have Ibs on and for years , more constipation and cramps than anything else’which has got a lot worse since my mum does 4 months ago

A big problem at the moment for me is that I’m passing a lot of wind and it’s very smelly , it’s so embrassing especially when I’m work .

I’m wondering if the fruit I’m eating is making it worse .

Would really appreciate any advise on this

Thank you

Hey

I have ibs c to so i know it a hard one as u need the fruit to help u GO! But at same time it can b dodgy. I stick to stuff that not to acidy ie bananas nectarines. Veg im good with. eat alot of spinach and spring green it alkalises ur stomach so will help with the “ smell”!

I also suggest peppermint capsules as it helps with wind.

And digestive enzymes and a very good probiotic all this will just give u really good healthy gut bacteria.

I now go twice a day , ive lost 2 stone as i never pooped before and the ibs symptoms has more or less gone.
