Hi all,
I am day 12 of a 4 week diet given to me by a homeopathic lady. I am not allowed to have yeast, alcohol, caffeine, dairy and certain fruits and veg!
So, my issue is IBSD. I all I can say is - this diet has made things 100 times worse. Surely cutting out “all the crap” should be helpful? I am making sure the fruit and veg I have is on the low fodmap list!!! Had D about 9 times today. Anyone know what’s happening? Its hardly like reintroducing all the bad foods would help; surely??
Also, I wonder if the increase in fibre is causing the major bowel movements and general unwell feeling? My body isn’t used to it!
