Frequent bowel movements

For about the last year I find that I have a bowel movement every time I go to the toilet. Quite often it is like rabbit droppings. Is this ibs-c? Does anyone else have this problem?

Hi, yes I get this all the time. I go from constipation to very loose stools. It's not uncommon with IBS but it might help if you endure you are drinking plenty water. I assure you you are not alone with this problem X

Thanks for your reply. I'm pleased to know I'm not alone. I am very bad about drinking water but I have been trying hard over the last couple of weeks. I drink too much tea. Not sure if that helps or hinders things.

I have a friend who is a dietician and has advised not to drink too much tea due to the caffeine and it can dehydrate you. Water or weak diluting juice and herbal tea if you like that is what she suggested. I have now spoken to lots of people with digestion problems and excessive wind and 'pebbles ' are a very common problem so you are definetly not on your own xx

Thank you for the advice. I do drink decaff tea but I will definitely try to cut down.
