Help What Is This?

Hello

Please advice stress mum

I have this gargling gas feeling id say it just below my right rib..

I can only best describe it like putting a plastic bottle under and water and squeezing it and feeling the bubbles comes out.. It feels like my food isn't getting through my colon or something.. is this a ibs symptom I do suffer from constipation now and again I have had it before but it seem to come and go.. what should I do it's very uncomfortable and I'd say when it's happening it's more when I'm in a sitting position..

any advice to settle me

I would say it’s sounds like you had trapped wind!
