Hi not sure how to use this. I've just been diagnosed with IBS had this for many years but the last 2 years have been terrible. In pain all the time now it is so severe ive been in hospital 3 times. Tablets dont work and cant eat without pain.

Hi there I would ask for a test for Dysbiosis! It is when the bad bacteria ha e taken over your gut and food is fermenting in your stomach.

It would be good to have ongoing (ie. about every 4-6 months appointments with a gastroenterologist.) Have you had medical tests of your GI tract. That might be a good idea.
