i have such severe pain today with my IBS, my tummy is so swollen and bloated its horrible

Hi I feel your pain I’m bad this morning bloated terrible pain left hand stomach and pain in right shoulder blade too Just trying peppermint tea and hot water bottle

it is still really swollen today i feel utterly miserable and depressed, have booked an appointment with the doctor next week and will keep on until they refer me to a specialist, the tablets i take do absolutely nothing, supposed to go out with my other half tomorrow night but looking like this i couldn't even get jeans on !

Well I got myself up and am looking into this low FODMAP diet as we speak . Ive tried COLOFAC tablets they do nothing to ease pain Cant even take dogs for a walk Feel drained of energy too Even standing up feels bad ! I feel like a bag of wind !

same as that my intestines are all swollen out its horrible just horrible
