BEST MEDICATIONS AND REMEDIES FOR NAUSEA?

I suffer really bad some days with awful nausea alongside my IBS-D, it's so awful... I wondered what other people find helpful In the way of anti sickness meds and also remedies? Thanks in advance!

Hi I know how you feel! There is nothing worse than waking up and feeling nauseated.I take cyclazine anti sickness.You can take up to three a day.They work really well for me.It seems to be a common problem with ibs. Even as a last resort travel sickness tablets work wonders But not on a regular basis.Hope you get it sorted

Please ask your doctor for a test for Dysbiosis. It is a condition overlooked and just put down to ibs.
