CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHEN THEY HAVE GAS WHAT THEY USE?? I HAVE USED IBS GUARD... BUT IT IS TO ME ANYWAY... EXPENSIVE! I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WILL NOT BE MORE RESONIBLE WITH THEIR PRICES BECAUSE IM SURE THERE IS A LOT OF PEOPLE WOULD USE IT WHO HAVE IBS OR NOT! A SHAME TOO!

Peppermint tea and peppermint oil can help bloating; and honestly just drinking some hot boiled water can really help with gas and bloating! Rennie deflatine, windeze and runs can all help as well! I find hot water and ginger tea or mint tea to help ALOT! I usually have IBS D but recently I have had some severely painful bloating! And the ginger tea was what saved me! Mint tea will surely be even better but I have run out;
Mint is bad for diarrhoea! But good for bloating and gas

MinaFox l did try my peppermint tea and really does a lot of good especially soothing the tummy! lm going to try the ginger tea next. l have to find away to
deal with this. But really MinaFox seems like everything l drink or eat will do this. But Thanks Again!
Aw I'm glad it helps! Keep drinking hot water/ mint tea! A hot pad on the stomach if it hurts and hopefully you'll feel better! Maybe try eating different foods and see if there are any that don't give you gas and maybe try and stick with those foods for a while! I feel your pain! It seems so ridiculous that eating some food can cause such problems!

smarrco14 is that the name of it?? Degas?? The peppermint has done a lot for my rolling stomach! Seem to sooth your stomach but l still suffer with the stomach pains....gas off and on. Seem like it starts its worse when l become upset or stressed out big time. So if this is the name of it l certainly try it!! Thanks..
De gas is the name of it I have been using it for years in Aus so I hope you can get it . But say to the chemist simethicone. 100mg

I am in Australia de gas is a blue packet and you can buy it over the counter in pharmacy so it contains simethicone 100mg it works for me and I hope you can get it because I think there is nothing worse than wind and bloating. Good luck with getting it
l certainly will try them! l talked with my doctors nurse and she is going to send quite a few coupons for IBSGuard. Im hoping the coupons will be a lot knocked off the price. But Thankyou Smarrco14 for your opinions and l will try your opinions! I hate paying big high price for the IBSguard and cannot continue to do that.
