Heathers ibs peppermint oil

HAS ANYONE ELSE TRIED HEATHER'S PEPPERMINT OIL. WILL THIS CAUSE CONSTIPATION OR HELP WITH THIS AND THE BLOAT AND SPASMS. CAUSE I DO NOT

I use these ones and I find them quite effective against milder symptoms. They're quite strong and I can feel them disperse in my gut, in a soothing way. I've not experienced contispation from them, they do have quite a high content of peppermint oil though, so if you've not had that oil before you may benefit from trying a smaller amount first in case it has adverse effects.

Thank you for your reponse! I think l will buy some peppermint tea and try that too! l do hate the bloat and uncomfortable feeling! I just wished the lbguard was cheaper because they do help me! But just too expensive for me!! Thank you again for your reply.....
