Hello,
I posted ages ago in another community about constant bloating with no other symptoms (apart from pelvic pain that is no longer present), that never seems to go away. I haven't been diagnosed with IBS but I thought you guys would probably know more than me about stomach reactions.
Well for the past 5 days, my stomach has been FLAT for the first time in god knows how long. I felt SO great.
But 30 mins ago, I ate a chicken wrap from Sainsbury's. And the bloating is severe again!!! I feel like I'm waddling around. I don't have any cramps, pain or discomfort though (apart from bloat)
Now, over the weekend I was tempting fate a bit. I had a BIG night out and drank a lot of cider and tequila. On Sunday I had a huge dominos, and on Monday I made a flatbread with white flour (so I don't think it's gluten causing the bloating). Yesterday (Tuesday) I had a relatively healthy chicken dinner.
It seems so weird that I was absolute OK until I ate that chicken wrap. I'm also gutted because I felt so good for once.
Does anyone have any ideas of what could cause this?
I found the ingredients list online:
thesandwichguide.com/sainsb...
I know I'm OK with chilli's, chicken, mango, tomatoes, spinach, and red onion as I've had these over the past few days. I know white flour is OK because of the flatbread and pizza.
Any insight would be so helpful. I'm baffled!!
