This is from a Facebook page called "The Turmeric Users Group"

You make a paste from Turmeric, Freshly ground black peppercorns oil and water, you have to join the group but it might be something else for you to try.

A note to anyone with Crohn’s, colitis, IBS ... I’m dependent on Golden Paste ... for many reasons! It removes pain, inflammation, mood, and without it, life is agony ! If I don’t take it ...I have so much inflammation in my blood .. I have to resort to steroids... Golden Paste is my life saver and it’s a bloody miracle !!! My face when I was dependent on steroids before I found a cure . What Crohn’s?
