I suffer from chronic fatigue, excessive flatulence (especially after eating certain foods), tingling all over body, very cold hands and feet, memory and concentration issues, brain fog and difficulty thinking, muscle tiredness / pain.

Could be thyroid related, best get blood tests done.
Have you had a diagnosis? I have similar symptoms and got diagnosed with IBS in 2019. Could even be post-infectious IBS. Hope I can start with a course of antibiotics (Rifaximin) soon.
