Hi I have had IBS since a teenager but over the last five years it has got much worst when anything and everything agratvates it. Some weeks i barley go out as have to be near bathroom yo much.

Really feel your pain, here to chat if you want. I hate being surrounded by people in silence at work in case my stomach decides to conduct its own orchestral melody at some point, and then you have to explain. I also hate how I can't have 20 cups of tea/coffee like everybody else a day, because that will set mine off. Feel so abnormal

I fully understand and this forum is here for all of us to share and vent if we need to and to also pick up any tips on diet etc.

Talk about diet, have you tried any kind of elimination diet to see if there are specific foods that make you worse?
