karl-Danet ,what are you eating that's causing the bloating,make a note of what your eat,and what causes bloating,then cut out what it is and try an alternative food,

I wake up in The morning bloated I have done ever test that there is there is no part of my inside that they have not put cameras to see and everything is ok I have try every diet and I am still bloated I look like I am I am about to have a baby if there is someone out there that have answers and can tell me what to do please let me know thanks

Karl-Danet are a beer drinker? Or like fizzy drinks sorry to say they'll have to go,drink still stuff,try to cut ice in your drink as it chills the stomach especially on hot days, good luck hope your bloating soon goes

What Ekky says. Stop eating stuff that makes you bloat, even if it sounds ridiculous and nobody else ever got bloating from it. FODMAP diet gives a good list of suspects. Also any fibre will feed the bacteria in your colon and make them fart.

Is the bloating in your stomach? learn to burp. I'm trying to.

Low stomach acid can cause gas in the stomach. Acidify your contents by drinking diluted lemon juice or diluted vinegar with your meals.

Also you can press the air out of your tubes. Just lie on your back and start pressing down, with a fist or hand, try to follow the tube. Turn to your right. Belly. Left. Back and raise your pelvis to the ceiling. Keep massaging. Air rises to the surface so somehow you will coax the bubbles along the twists and turns of your colon.

Bloating is taking over your life, you clearly get the message that you need to give this some attention and find solutions because this will not stand. Good luck! I'm confident you can do this.
