What time of the day? Would it be after meals ?

mercy a little after l get up.all over the abominal. i just cannot imagine what can be wrong. today is the worst,

I have Ginner tea 2 to 3 cups a day and I have 2 Bananas a day given it go and see how you get on with it the will Help with bloating I hope you this help's

If u want something to take try colpermin it stops the bloating and stomach pain/spasms associated with ibs and keep a food diary of what ever u eat and drink so u came find out what triggers it off my worst thing is bread any type of bread if I do have it the next day my stomach blows up and in serious pain that's if I don't take colpermin . U can get colpermin from any supermarket. Good luck
