Just thought I'd share some helpful info for people with ibs and gerd / lpr reflux and even anxiety as all them things can cause it.
Try the fast tract diet which is low carb/sugar and more meat/fat and vegetables but it's mainly about foods that don't ferment much in the gut.
If you've got Facebook join the fast tract diet group, also the fast tract diet inspired recipes, and the main ibs group.
There's tons of useful posts that have helped people cure thier ibs gerd etc.
Some of the supplements that have helped people are:
D limonene, L glutamine, digestive enzymes, Kefir milk, kombucha, bone broth, Magnesium, Vit D.
But try the fast tract diet first.
