You tell me, sister! The medication I've most benefited from is Viberzi. That is between you and a doctor! I derive benefit from OTC remedies: powder fiber; petroleum jelly; nitrile gloves; certain creams, rarely; and wipes. Ingestibles OTC: painkiller; enteric peppermint oil capsules. All available non-Rx. Your turn!

Hey I take mebeverine, follow low FODMAP diet and just started trying a daily probiotic and digestive enzymes before meals. Also have counselling and meditate to help me relax xx

Would you know, Nikki, I just managed to find a way to meet with the nutritionist to recommends a FODMAP diet as well. I have no idea what this means yet.

Having some support while I'm doing this is a fine idea. There's nothing left to do but overhaul my diet.
