Hi recently I have had random days of diarrhea that come and go on their own ... I haven't change my diet ... this morning I woke up and it was worse that the previous times I have had it ... it is very watery and I have bad stomach ache if anyone has any advise I would be very grateful thank you

Try Imodium and buscopan I find buscopan helps loads with pain and aches. Imodium gud for making it hard not liquid. Must be something your stomachs decided not to like.

I had this recently I found sticking to plain food for a few days helped - toast, rice, bananas etc I looked into probiotics and digestive enzymes to take to help my digestive system as I feel my IBS leads to dysbosis and lack of digestive enzymes that help break down your food hence diahorrea. Worth looking into if you continue to struggle with your IBS x
