Does Sertraline and Quetiapine (antidepressants) cause constipation?

I have been on Sertraline & Quetiapine for one year now. My Psychiatrist told me they only cause diarrhoea and I may have ibs.

Gp put me on Omeprazole and Mebeverine, but the cramping lessened, so I take Omezaprol but not the Mebeverine. Because I'd have to take it three times a day before food, but I can only eat once daily, but at night.

Yes when you first start taking antidepressents it can cause constipation but if you havn.t had any kind of bowel surgery it should settle down in a few weeks.i suffer dreadfully will i b s since ive hsd my surgeries. Not a pleasant life 😢😢
