does anyone else suffer from tight glutes, hipFlexors etc which not only stop muscles from relaxing and subsequently cause constipation but also ache all the time making rectum, buttocks, inner thighs etc. really sore.
No matter which exercises or lotions I apply nothing helps
Hopefully someone has similar and experience of a magic solution as physio etc just says exercise

Yer mate it's awful. Not sure if it's chicken or egg, like I feel awful so I get tense/don't move enough and then the muscles get worse, which makes the ibs worse. But I feel ya. It's like I can't get a good enough stretch. And someone else here said about massage, I agree it bloody hurts but feels great
I'm told I have tight iolio sars muscles. Not sure if that's the same thing but a muscle relaxant sounds like a good idea. I can't stand any pressure on my stomach !
