Constella / linaclotide takers help!

Do you find that drinking lots of water helps or hinders? I drink more than 2l water per day but still struggle some days!

Yes I was taking it, was told to stop as it didn't agree with me , regards water I can't really say as I found it didn't make a difference in my case as I ended up with sever diarrhoea, but it could make a difference in your bowel movement.

Hi there, I do find that drinking water does help a bit when going to the toilet i.e. if you have constipation. Also, water is much better for you than other drinks with additives in etc although I'm not perfect by any means as I love my cup of coffee.
