I suffer from ibs D - sometimes what I eat and other times anxiety. It is so painful it makes me feel nauseous. I feel it is getting worse as I get older. Blood tests showed nothing wrong thankfully. I know everyone is different but has anyone got a cure which they would like to pass on? Thanks.

IBS pain

Hi there, re the anxiety part of your IBS (I think we all know on here that anxiety makes it much worse), I have started the Thrive Programme, it's starting to help with my Emetophobia (I have only just started reading the book and doing the exercises and I'm starting to feel a difference). The reviews are excellent and someone on this forum said that I ought to buy the book as the programme worked for her. They do all sorts of programmes depending on what your anxiety is.
Have a look at the link below:
Also, have a look at Alisonsickofibs posts on here, she has basically cured herself and it's all down to food and diet. I have found that certain foods make mine a lot worse i.e. I can't eat raw carrots, raw onions or sweetcorn and I also think that dates affect me as well now, I also think Lactose may be a problem so as well as the book I am also just about to start the FODMAP programme.
Best of luck

I found these 2 products really helped me A LOT, in fact, rarely get the pain anymore, and it also stopped the diarrhea and constipation! ProBio5 and BioCleanse...here's the link if you're inclined to try! Good luck to you...hope you feel better soon! shopmyplexus.com/bethcurley
