Pain worse when bending

does anyone else find their pain gets worse when bending down. I`m having a bad flare up at the moment with general stomach ache, but if I bend down or even sit and lean forward it gets worse and more like cramp.

I sometimes do and find it easier standing up but I have been taking Kolanticon Gel (kolanticon.com/) and as soon as I've had some the pain it gone within minutes. This is the only medication that works for me with pain.

I find bending over affects my breathing as well. and sometimes anxiety attack.
