Bad cramps

Yesterday morning I woke up with severe cramps in my lower abdominal, ones that feel like you have to go to the bathroom. Also had back pain on the right lower side. Went to the bathroom plenty of times trying to have a bowel movement but no look. So I was headed to the hospital and all of a sudden stopped hurting. So just went home and thought it was just bad cramps. Well I woke up this morning with the same exact thing at the same time and stopped hurting at the same time! But only this time I threw up this yellow acid stuff? Anyone have any idea what this could be?

So I had something similar about a month ago. Woke up in agony and had to call an ambulance or was so bad. Anyway it stopped by itself and haven't had it since. The only thing I could think was that I went to the gym the night before and did some abdominal exercise. So could have been that.
