Painful bloating

Would anyone recommend peppermint capsules and green tea capsules to help treat bloating? I am suffering more or less everyday with constant bloating from IBS-C

If you look back I posted about a similar problem and i got alot of suggestions. I have been using peppermint oil which usually helped with bloating but for some reason i have had an aggrevation of the problem. I hope you find some suggestions that help xx

Thanks weathervane I'll have a look through them now 😊 Did you take the capsule form of the peppermint?

Yes it was the capsules and usually they worked fine . If you haven't tried them it's worth giving them a go , i got them on prescription .

Mint:)) I drink around 6 mugs of it a day. Like I said,I've had no bloating since
