DOES ANYONE TAKE LINZESS FOR IBS OR IBS-C? MY DOCTOR PUT ME ON THIS AND WONDERED WHAT GOOD WAY IN TAKING THIS AND DOES IT WORK??
SHOULD YOU EAT GOOD FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS IF YOU NORMALLY DO NOT EAT A LOT AND THEN THE NEXT MORNING TAKE LINZESS BEFORE YOUR FIRST MEAL OF THE DAY?? DOES IT WORK PRETTY GOOD. HAVE READ DIFFERENT OPINIONS. SORTA CONFUSED. THANKS.....
It does work very well. I take it in the evening when I get home from work and it starts working in about two hours. You will go to the bathroom a lot but this better than not going and it clears you which suits me. I am fine the next morning. They say take half an hour before meals but I don't always wait the half hour.
I know the doctor told me to eat real good for 2 days because l feel that it is the way l eat. Next to nothing really! Then the next day take the linzess. I have read take it 30 minutes before your first meal. Pat1 you know l thought you had to
take it in the morning. I have read so many on here they take it at different times. I can see really especially people who work would not want to take it at breakfast! But l wondered about all this. Good for you Pat1...!!
I use mag O7, natural, easy, no chemicals, works ...start slow. Read up on Amazon, or Vitamin shoppe. made by aerobic life...I use daily @ nite two hours after eating always...works for me in 5 hours...everyone is different, you need to find your comfortable dose. I have never taken more than 3. My doc wanted me to try linzess...did not like it cramps, ect. Mag07 no cramps, sleep well, get up and go. The oxyginated magnesium is not a vitamin, they say do not consider it a supplement. Just works so great I will use it forever!
Thank you olivedog..... l know l have heard about the cramps to... I am glad that you found something that will work for you with no cramps. Big Plus There To!!
