Diet drinks

Hi, can any one recommend any drinks ( non alcohol ) that are suitable for a low FODMAP diet. When I go out in the evening I drink Diet Coke, which I am ok with but the caffeine tends to keep me awake. It is very difficult to find suitable drinks whilst out.

I would try cranberry juice and a little club sofa or pellugrino. W line.

Any diet drinks are bad for ibs - you could even try squeezing lemon into a glass water bottle and have water with it. I'm not sure about mineral water but you only need to look it up online to show you what you can and can't have

Hi thanks for your replys. I have a few low FODMAP books at home and I'v checked on line, but still have not found any drinks to have whilst out, after drinking water all day it would be nice to be able to drink some thing else. May try Sanpellegrino as the ingredients look quite safe. It's a sparkling lemon drink 😃

Ginger beer, Fanta , loads out there, not many diluting juices. Fresh orange and sparkling water

No diet drinks at all!!! You can't handle the bad sugars. Download the FoodMaestro app it will tell you which drinks you can have, normal Coke is fine 👍🏻

Hi Lynnetod, well I can tolorate Diet Coke, but most FODMAPS do give me problems. I'll take a look at the app you mentioned, I do use the Monash Uni one. 😃

Yes, I can recommend you a perfect drink to get healthy: water... and nothing else. Watch this, practically I healed myself with the help of this guy, had very bad symptoms for a year or so, literally thought I will die... then I changed my lifestyle, got rid of bad habits, went into sports, exercises, healthy diet and in a matter of 3 months, I got completely reborn... ;) don't take any medication, it won't help you, go natural, that is the key... ;) wish you success! youtu.be/MYKdLeL3SGo
