I have been on the FODMAP diet for a week. Symptoms greatly reduced. Not restrictive. Highly recommend. Endorsed by Johns Hopkins University.

I was looking into the FODMAP diet, and saw in the list of condiments, sweeteners category, in the "good to eat" foods selection, aspartame. A known neurotoxin chemical. This leaves me extremely skeptical about ANY diet that puts something like aspartame in a good to eat category. That is just ludicrous.

Make sure it's the UK version from Kings College London , and check your filters are correct 👍🏼

I've been on it and it has helped a bit

Thank you for sharing this as I am looking into this at the mo. Will look at the Johns Hopkins University - does the University have a link to the FODMAP on their website?
