yeah kelslade this also is what I do to hide it. Im so sorry you feel like this, I do as well and i am sure most IBS suferers do. I just try to wear loose clothing really, also a plain back coffee and plenty of liquids help me release waste in the mornings which is generally why i am bloated most of the time. Good luck and remember, its not your fault ! IBS is horrible and cruel. all the best xxxx

Buy Enteroragel it's great. I was ill for 3 months with my bowel fist dose it went away. I bought mine off the internet 29 pound for 2 large tubes or you can get it in boots about 19 pound but it is small.mine was on Amazon. It's gel you put in water and mix, drink on empty stomach. I was so I'll before I took it,, it's for different ailments. Takes toxins away. Good luck. Hope you get the result I got.ann

Thanks, I'm just at a lost right now because am home in bed bloated stomach is hurting right under my breast. Just feel bad but thanks.

Beat you on that one! I used to bloat up about 2 dress sizes every morning and looked very pregnant.

The good news is, I have beaten my IBS and don't have to deal with this any more.

1st thing: look into SIBO and Candida (bacterial overgrowth). I had Candida for years without realizing it, and it was a major factor in my bloating. Have a look at the symptoms here and see if they match: sickofibs.com/ibs-symptoms/...

Another part of it for me was muscle tension - which I didn't feel at all. Everyone is different, but his article may tell you what you need to know: sickofibs.com/ibs-symptoms/...

Hope this helps,

Alison:)
