I am constantly bloated...with or without food and even just with water! I look 6 months pregnant most of the time. I've tried every diet going and I just can't stop it.

I go through phases like this, last year was particularly bad. I found cutting back on the caffeine and cutting out oats for a few weeks helpful. I also minimise dairy and wheat, and take probiotics.
hi i am sorry to hear this, I go through periods of having it and it doesnt go down and its sore and pushes on my bladder etc.. i would say that I use a lot of hot water bottles to sooth it. have you tried using a hot water bottle? sometimes i even have to take one in to work for a few days. or deep heat which can reduce the inflammation from the outside - you can use gel roll on. i would say that certain food would be making you worse. the best thing to do when you get this is to do a detox, drink plenty of hot water with lemon - lemon and ginger tea bags if not fresh lemon and take probiotics as this will heal the gut and recommend buscopan everyday that you feel like that for the maximum dosage. for detox food, only eat basic things which you can digest and i would avoid lactose, and less carb /gluten products. also exercise even though you wouldnt want to do it feeling like that, really helps as my stomach always feels less in pain and less bloated after i do exercise even if it is only for a little while. and most of all, if you are getting frustrated bit it and anxious, that wont help either so perhaps try to wind down a bit when you can, get a bath and take some kalms so that it is less on your mind.
