Currently on low FODMAP and at the re introduction stage. Been testing ice cream, 2 a 3 scoops on consecutive days have given me the worst results yet. Major abdominal pain and wind/bloating. Well I guess that's one off the list...

Sorry to hear that.
Depending on which ice cream(dont know the brand), but some are said to have seaweed in them! And this can act like the gluten in foods and upset you.
Hey dont give up....i tried to juice fast and d the 5r program but was too hard so went to FODMAPS....i felt normal as was eating fairly well, but made a 3 bean curry with coconut milk today and was mildly bloated....it sucked as had been ok allday with breakfast and lunch/snacks....best to try and stay away from sugar as it is evil in itself, use honey if you can tolerate it....im fine with certain dairy but there are certain things i just cant eat so i understand....anyway hope your FODMAPS journey goes well....happy eating!

I use pure maple syrup rather than honey where I can. Has a unique taste but I quite like it.
