Hi I am menna I'm 14, I have Ben told I have IBS. I'm am in a such pain, only just getting used to it. Not sure how to deal with it yet but I hope I will work it out

Hi Menna. Nice to meet you. The best thing you can do is be honest with your parents and your doctor about how you are feeling and what your symptoms are.
It's sometimes hard for other people to understand what we're going through, but there are lots of us here in the same boat. If you or your parents have any questions, or need suggestions, we're here to try and help.
