Hi have just bought Bioglan Biotic Balance to try but wanted some feedback from others before I try it. How has it worked for you and do you take in morning, before/after food etc?

I haven't tried this one. Are you IBS D or C. I have found that IBS C sufferers struggled meds.

As I said haven't tried this myself but I see that it has just 4 strains which isn't too dramatic, anything over 5 strains is too strong for me, causing bloating and nausea. Keep us posted please.

Just stopped taking this as realised it contains lactose - should of read the label ah! Not clever!
