Taking yakult

I took yakult a while back and never had any bother with it.I took yakult this morning and ever since I have trapped wind,pain and feeling a bit sickish.Has anyone else ever experienced this or is it just a coincidence that I got this.The main symptom I get with my IBS is trapped wind but not as bad as it's been today.

I use yakult and I have never had any bother with it, could it be something else that is bothering you?

Thanks for the very speedy reply.I cannot think of anything else I have ate that would have caused this.It was actually your post that made me think of taking yakult.I don't know now whether to take it tomorrow again.

Dont take it for a few days then try it again, maybe then you will know if it is the problem if it flares up again?

Hi Picasso I had the same symptoms as you after drinking yakult.
