Does anyone have any experience of Celevac for constipation? I need a bulk laxative and fibogel is no good for me. Normacol gives me cramps and so does linseed. Magnesium is horrible!
I have bought some Celevac but am wary of using it.

Never used celevac or heard of it! I have been recommended Movicol for long term constipation but effects are not immediate in my case

Celevac has been very good for me - "Magic".
Try it!
It has really worked for me. My constipation has reduced, I don't get the lumpy stools and my stools are firmer and bulkier. Gas has reduced and even my cramps have reduced.
I take 3 Celevac tablets twice a day (I break them into 2) making 6 tablets and drink it with plenty of water about 300mls. I still take fybogel 2 sachet's daily along with it though.
For the first time in many years something is actually working for me and I found out about it on this invaluable forum.
