Really sore

Hi there everyone, these past few weeks ive had a real bad flare up of my ibs, I've had pain in my colon every morning ,it's like the waste is working it's way down and when it gets to a certain point feels like it's passing an inflamed area, it's really uncomfortable. I'm trying Silcol Gel at he moment to try and ease things but anyone else experience this?

Thanks for that , I drink filtered water when I run out of bottled, it has got easier, but the nausea and this pain keeps on every morning, trying hypnotherapy as well xxx
