I have just read three very interesting articles. two from people who tried some medicine and one regarding a test.

Has anyone tried symprove? or cilicagel? if so how did you get on? certainly worked for the people i read about but wondered if anyone here has experience of taking it

The third article was a test where you do a finger prick test and send it off and it comes back with food flagged up that are likely to affect you by york test laboratories. it cost £299 again was wondering if anyone has used it?
