I have IBS , diverticular disease & no gall bladder plus high cholesterol, aren't I lucky !
Most of the time I have this under control by following a low fat FODMAP diet but it can become boring . Does anyone have tips or recipes to make eating more interesting ?

Hi This is what I made last nit and am OK today-bacon and leak nosh-
Pasta from health food shop.
3 pieces of no fat bacon, siute 1 onion,cut up 1 leak, baby spears of corn, sugar snap peas, 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, glug of wouster sause-precook pasta ( shapes are whatever ) put all ingrediants in to the pan and simmer for 20 mins. Then add pasta-yummie !
Sorry it gave me teribble stinky wind-just found out could have been the onoins; didnt know they were a trigger-listened to that bbc scotland radio show.

Yes , onions & leeks & garlic are to be avoided ! Check out the FODMAP diet , Really helpful.

I liove these things and ate the whole damn pan-couldnt let my freind in had to pretend I was out and my dog was doing is fruit with all the hammering on door-wind and smell was that bad !
