Hello im after some help, for the past four months now I have noticed a change in bowels. Passing musuc, eating certain foods making my stomach also groan and can be painful, doesn't feel like I'm empting my bowels, diahorrea and constipation . I also get headaches, tiredness and mood swings.
Does this sound like IBS?

It does sound like IBS but you should go and see your GP just to rule out anything else. He or she should do a handful of blood tests to rule out other bowel disorders and coeliac disease.
You r the first person I've heard say headaches tiredness and mood swings. I just thought that was part of something else wrong with me. I've had continuous pain and d ànd c for over a month with out respite and last night felt great but today I have the headache!!! Great and tiredness all the time. A complete stranger actually commented on it on holiday as I'd yawned so often whilst on a day trip. But yes just go to doctors and he should do tests to rule out other things. He prescribed me beverage but I think buscapan from chemist works better . Good luck it's not nice is it x
It may be you have low stomach acids and not digesting your food well enough. Have simpler foods that are easy to digest, cooked stews, soups and rice, not salads or raw veg. Chew properly, drink water 30 mins prior to eating and 30 minutes post eating, this helps it all go down. If no luck then go see a nice doctors that listens or can refer you
I went to the doctors and it turned out after tests sI had colitis, which I control by diet, but best to get it checked out first. Find wheat and corn do not agree with me. Best of luck
I have noticed that tomato based foods set my stomach off, processed meats, some oils and brines.
The only I can eat without problems is bread with corned beef or a ham salad
I need to get it checked out as I'm anxious it could be celiacs disease which can lead to infertility :/ I don't think my body minds gluten or wheat, so idk
