Had 2 bouts of diareha today stomach all upset.... Took 2 Roland's & I think made it worse?

Hi I know how you feel. Drink plenty of water and take a probiotic with papaya.

Have you tried to find out what triggers it, keeping a food diary can help, I have colitis and certain foods cause it to play up. Best of luck
