Studies have just been disclosed that detox may actually be causing the IBS and damaging other organs! This was on the news yesterday. I am in US.

Yes you are right I took the detox program for my ibs so I personalised it with the doctor to make sure it didn't go the other way around. A lot of people with constipation issues etc.... Had a different program to me. But there is so much information on the Internet to help that side of things. You just have to make sure you customize it correctly. For example I did the stomach massage the backwards way instead of the conventional way. I didn't do any coffee enemas as they would only aggrevate it more.

Well yes I even had my period with 0 cramps which I was always bedridden for as my ibs always made it worse. Just need to continue massage and good eating.
